  Deskripsi
  

  Engineer On Site akan memiliki tugas:

  1. Memantau dan membuat Laporan Bulanan pada perangkat yang kita sewakan selama 3 Tahun berupa:
  • PC Dekstop All in One
  • Scanner
  • Projector
  • Projector Portable
  • Mesin fax
  • IP Phone
  2. Menangani Troubleshooting Software sbb:
  • PC Windows Recovery Error jenis kegiatan recovery system
  • Windows restart error ataupun blue screen jenis kegiatan repair registry dan re-instalasi O/S
  • Melakukan instalasi software pendukung lainnya yang diperlukan users
  • Backup data users ke file sharing atau media disk lainnya (USB/Eksternal HD)
  • Instalasi scanner driver
  • Melakukan input dan penerimaan incident terkait gangguan perangkat IT yang ada di user berikut resolusi troubleshootingnya melalui sistem servicedesk Pertagas Niaga sehingga tercapai SLA yang ditetapkan Pertagas Niaga
  • Melakukan konfigurasi IP Address PC sesuai ketentuan pihak Pertagas Niaga
  • Melakukan proses recovery data user jika terjadi sistem software O/S PC error
  3. Troubleshooting hardware sbb:
  • PC initial error pada saat booting jenis kegiatan replace PC
  • Scanner tidak berfungsi normal jenis kegiatan replaces scanner
  • IP Phone hang tidak bisa difungsikan jenis kegiatan replaces IP Phone
  • Memberikan Backup unit kepada user jika PC mengalami kerusakan
  • Indikasi Lamp Projector tidak berfungsi jenis kegiatan replaces Projector

  • Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by conducting effective planning, monitoring and control using the Project Management methodology
  • Preparing and gaining approval of business cases and project management plans, ensuring that the delivery of the projects is in line with the agreed plans
  • Managing the project’s budget by predicting and managing effort/project costs and controlling planned and actual as the project progresses
  • Identifying, planning and agreeing project resource requirements ensuring that the project is delivered in line with all requirements
  • Effectively managing risks and opportunities and resolving issues as required keeping the project on track to its agreed baseline and objectives

  Requirements

  • Max 35 years old.
  • Having minimum 5 years experiences with Bachelor degree (S1) in Electrical/Computer/IT
  • Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding Information Technology solutions especially in IT Infrastructure solutions.
  • Able to work under pressure and jobs multitasking.
